For shipping, we use:
- USPS Priority Mail (Usually 1-3 Days Anywhere in the USA)
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery (1-6 Days anywhere in the USA)
- USPS First Class (on rare occasion) and for single booster packs.
We try to use whatever is the quickest and most economical method.
Our checkout calculates shipping, but we may have to use a different method than you selected.
If you overpay on shipping, we will do our best to refund the difference.
Order over $151 always ship free, and smaller orders may during a promotion.
Here are the basic key points about how we handle returns
- All returns need to be approved first
- Shoot us an email to request a return, or call during normal hours.
- We need a tracking number if you're sending us a return.
- Use a tracked method when you return your items.
- Return shipping is your responsibility.
- You've gotta send us back the exact same products as we sent you. I.e, sealed, unweighted, unsearched. You know the drill.
- Your refund won't include shipping. It's done. Gone. We can't get the money back, so we can't give it back.
- Make sure to include your name and order number with your return. A lot of times, it helps to just print off your receipt email or log into your account and print your order there!
At RetreatCost.com we don't really do exchanges. If you want to exchange something, instead just: Buy the new product, and start a return on the first one. If money is tight, feel free to start the return first, and once you've got your refund/store credit, use it to buy the new items.
- There will be absolutely no refunds unless we receive the returned product(s).
- Under NO circumstances will we ship products unpaid, or pay for expedited shipping.
- In general, we require your order to be shipped to your billing address for both your protection against fraudulent charges and ours. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the management.
30 Day Limit
There is a 30 days maximum time frame on returns. No returns will be accepted over 30 days after your order is tracked as delivered. Please inspect your products when you receive them.
